Our client is a licensed online casino launching a new operation in Brazil, and they’re looking for founding members to join their technical team.

Now, they’re taking the next step, expanding into the real-money gaming space with the strength of an established user base and the excitement of a new chapter.

About the Role:

We need a skilled Full Stack Developer to be a core builder on this greenfield project. You'll work directly with leadership, product and DevOps to create a secure, scalable, and engaging platform, free from any legacy code.

What You'll Do:

• Build and Develop: You will design and build core components of the complete frontend (Next.js) and backend-for-frontend (Node.js) of our B2C platform, making significant contributions to the technical roadmap.
• Implement Core Features: You will be responsible for developing critical userfacing features, including a seamless registration/login flow, a dynamic game lobby and the loyalty/gamification system.
• Execute Key Integrations: You will implement the technical integrations with our licensed operator’s APIs for essential functions like player wallet, authentication and KYC.
• Collaborate on Cloud & DevOps: You will work hands-on with our AWS infrastructure (ECS, RDS, S3, etc.) and collaborate closely with DevOps to build and maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline, ensuring high availability.
• Uphold Code Quality & Collaborate: You will contribute to our high standards for secure, testable and high-quality code. As a key team member, you'll participate in code reviews and help foster a culture of technical excellence.

What You Bring

• You have 4+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio of shipping complex, high-quality web applications using React/Next.js, Node.js, and PHP.
• You possess a solid understanding of modern frontend architecture, API design, and critical security principles for handling sensitive user data.
• You have hands-on experience with AWS services in a production environment (e.g., ECS, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch).
• You have a product-oriented mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced, crossfunctional environment to achieve ambitious goals.
• Your communication skills in English are excellent, allowing you to collaborate effectively with a distributed team.

Nice to Have
• Direct experience within the iGaming industry.
• Familiarity with promotional and CRM tools like Smartico or Optimove.
• Knowledge of the video bingo, slots or online casino verticals.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish.
